I reserved 3 tickets for pick up. I have sent two emails but they haven't replied. I think I have to call them...

I have done exactly the same as you ! Also i have re-sent my e-mails and attached a Russian translation ( just an internet translation) Fingers crossed ........

It's frankly quite ridiculous that they don't reply. I'll keep sending them an e-mail at least once a day but I'm afraid that they just don't care about foreigners since they seem to be doing fine on sales in St. Petersburg and the direct surroundings.
I wish we could get this across to Muse management to see if maybe they could make things a bit more clear for the foreign-fans, but I don't think they'll could change anything as well. It's all the organiser/agency that's making this so difficult. I still have my tickets reserved, thankfully, so I hope that when I don't get a reply today, or tomorrow, that I can do it through a Russian-specialised travel agency like Kirsberry did. Russia's been waiting for them for years and finally they've decided to come back)) But the prices...they really suck..
And it's a real madness around the tickets, cause there are too many people, who want to watch the concert from fan zone and there are no tickets left already. And when they appear again--then a battle begins XDD |

When I checked this morning there were no tickets left for fan-zone 1, now when I check the tickets are back up again..
![]() Weird! ![]() I mailed them again. I'm at work now so I can't call them but I really hope they mail me back as I'm scared of calling :S Afraid they don't understand me at all and just hang up... Glad people got some tickets already! Hope to see you all there on the 20th

Ok...so, I just called to the ticket agency. They said it's definitely not possible to get the tickets delivered and NOT possible to pay them via bank transfer and pick them up at the venue. She actually said that only way to get the tickets is to go to St Petersburg.
Idk, it was weird, I'm not sure if she really understood what I was trying to ask . She just kept saying 'maybe you should buy the tickets later', as if it would help somehow .

Looks clear to me what they said. They don't need foreign money to fill the venue so they're not going to bother with it.
I'm gonna give them one more day to reply to me, and else I'm gonna try the travel-agency option. It's just plain bad business if you don't get back to potential clients, even if it is with a negative answer. At least just reply! x |

I called them too. Delivery is possible only within Russia, and the only way for you is to order tickets and to pay them via bank and to sent them a copy of receipt (as Maksa_Planka has done). After that you'll be able to receive your ticket in Spb when you want.

Okay... So no Muse for me... unless I take the chance on one of you fellow Musers to buy me tickets..? It's also a big risk for me, but I guess just as much as a risk as paying for tickets and picking them up at that agency...
