Currently red carpet just has random c-list American celebs that no one really cares about and the Pre-telecast is nowhere near Muse's catergories, so you all have plenty of time to settle in and grab the popcorn (or cereal or lunch, whatever the time is in your neck of the woods)

The new presenter is Kathy Griffin, she's a self-proclaimed D-lister. She's a stand up comedian and she's hilarious, I love her.
