Muse Song Tournament: THE FINALS. New Born vs. Citizen Erased
The Bracket
Round 1, Match 13. New Born vs. Glorious. New Born creamed Glorious 51-24. Round 2, Match 7. New Born vs. Blackout. It was a bit closer this time, the result was 53-31, with New Born as the winner. Round 3, Match 4. New Born vs. Hysteria. For New Born, this was the first match where it was unclear who the winner would be. After a dramatic battle, New Born pulled through by one vote. The Quarterfinals, Match 2. Plug In Baby vs. New Born. Despite the popularity of Plug In Baby, New Born won 46-31. The Semifinals, Match 1. Bliss vs. New Born. It was apparent that it would be very close right from the start, but when it turned out as a tie, many were shocked. It looked like Bliss was winning for much of the hour of Sudden Death, but New Born ended up winning a place in the finals. Round 1, Match 23. Boredom vs. Citizen Erased. Ayal, dead0citizen, and Sammy made the fail lists of many during this, one of the bloodiest first-round battles in the history of the Muse Song Tournament. Citizen Erased barely escaped with its life. Round 2, Match 12. Citizen Erased vs. Muscle Museum. A well-liked song from Showbiz was still no match for Citizen Erased. It was destroyed 66-25. Round 3, Match 6. United States of Eurasia vs. Citizen Erased. For the second time in a row, CE's opponent got exactly 25 votes. However, the super-popular juggernaut got even more votes than in the previous round. The first revealed song from The Resistance lost to Citizen Erased 72-25. The Quarterfinals, Match 3. Unnatural Selection vs. Citizen Erased. The new song seemed to be doing very well in the tournament. But when pitted against Citizen Erased, it fell flat. Citizen defeated it 68-23. The Semifinals, Match 2. Citizen Erased vs. Exogenesis. Most people had thought that Exogenesis would "crush everything in its path" and make it all the way to the finals. But everyone knew that Citizen Erased has always been a very loved song at the boards. It ended up pulling through by two points. The Finals. New Born vs Citizen Erased. The two songs meet up in the final match of the tournament. Which one will win the Second Muse Song Tournament? --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Alright, so I had a little fun with that.  Here's how it will work: 1. Voters will send in their votes by private message. What is in the body of the message doesn't matter as long as it says which song you are voting for. Keep in mind that I won't be reading any of them until Wednesday night, so if you want me to see something, leave a visitor message, not a private message. 2. Time passes. During this time, verbal abuse and swearing will take place in this thread in order to cheer on the song you want to win. 3. I will count the votes on Wednesday night at about 5:30PM central time (GMT -6). Unfortunately, I may not be able to announce the winner until probably Friday night. You'll see why, though. And you'll thank me.  So yeah. I'll go ahead and say that I am rooting for Citizen Erased. Whats the score like in the leaderboard now?
I cant check while on my phone but i think i was quite high up last time i checked but that was like early on in the quarter finals
