i understand that, but many other people are being homophobic and not getting banned. if homophobia is not tolerated, then why is all the abuse jacks getting still allowed to happen?? thats what i dont get!

He is not getting abuse, they are remarks towards his homophobic comments something which is frowned upon in todays society, and he (you*) only got banned for his comments because he had other infraction points still active which led to the ban.
