Well they have a unique kind of sound, try listening to some sound clips and decide yourself. I don't like them personally but I know a good few people that adore them.

your guitars remind me of the ones my luthier makes

hehe yay! its only a tiny bit to be fair, but it is a pretty invisible join which is good. not that it matters as it will be covered by the finish if i do it the way im thinking about doing it

just looked on their site and apart from a couple of them being offset lower bouts i really dont see it to be fair the repair is on the right hand side of the treble horn by the way
