Anything is better than this.

I've been lucky enough to meet him 2 and a half times. The half time was at Belfast last year when he borrowed my pen to sign stuff, but didnt actually get round to signing for me

When I met him in Aberdeen it went like this:

Me: 'Hi' hands piece of coloured card for signing (dont ask!)
*awkward silence*
Me thinking: 'What shall I say? What shall I say?
Me: 'great show tonight!'
Me thinking: 'Doh! How lame can you get?!!!'
Matt finishes signing and moves on

Second time in Luxembourg:
Me: *hands Matt ticket to sign* 'Hi How are you?'
Matt: 'I'm good thanks'
Me: 'Good' smile
Me thinking: 'Doh! How lame can you get!!!!'

Do you see a pattern there?!!!! Yeah, go me

Don't worry if I can even somehow muster up so much of a conversation if I ever get to meet him then I feel like I have somehow achieved some life time achievement award. I wouldn't have a clue what to say to him
