The downside of getting hammered at a gig is that you have to pee, especially if you're on the beer. If you're a guy, then you do that thing they do at Reading Festival and piss in your beer cup and then throw it over everyone

but if you're a chick, such classy goings on are not possible.

So you have to fight your way out of the pit and when you try and get back in again everyone glares at you and won't let you pass. Bastards.
This time I want to be down in front so I think I will stick to a few whiskies before I go inside and water after

Me + no one. Flying totally solo on this one. I don't think I have ever been to a gig by myself

As to what to wear, depends on how hot it is. Black is gonna be a bad idea if its scorchio.
I am going to have a look who else is playing round LA while i'm on holiday as i'd like to catch a few more gigs

My town is at the opposite end of the country from Auckland (the main city) and all the bands that come to NZ always go there and nowhere else, it sucks. I am missing the Cure, Editors and Bloc Party in August as they are all in Auckland

I have been looking at setlists on Microcuts and it seems that Muse play less songs at gigs in the US

Meh. Apart from the LA Forum gig when they played 19 or so

I hope we get more than like 15 or something!

I'm bringing along 4 people, but I am seriously doubting me getting there any earlier than 2-3 hours before the show... Unfortunately not everyone in the group is as big as fan as I (crazy, right?). And with 2 minors in tow I'm also doubting the pit potential on my part...
