The clip sounds great to me - reminds me of moody, History-era Michael Jackson (more than anything Timbaland achieved on Xscape, weirdly), but with a crazy hook at the end. The reaction should be interesting if it's released as the next single or gets a video - I expect some people are going to detest it !

I'm curious to hear how it fits on the album. The other tracks seem to complement each other well production-wise, but this one sounds like it could stand out quite a lot (especially after Pressure on the tracklist). Perhaps some of the hook's weirdness might need to return in a later track on the CD to balance things out a bit ?

I like how the first bit sounds a lot, not sure about the second bit. Obviously reserving judgment.

Honestly I've seen a lot of good people whose opinions I greatly respect on here that still made really dumb comparisons when hearing songs early. At this point I think I would do the same.

I like what I hear of Propaganda even though that one part is... odd.

I actually think that Propaganda bit sounds really promising!

It sounds a bit tribal as someone has already alluded to. It could be the track that was being recorded when this pic was taken?

Maybe it's my mind playing tricks, but I'm sure there was an interview with Dom around that time too where he said that Matt was going to be adding a guitar solo?

Anyways, the little snippet sounds promising.

I feel like any Muse song immediately becomes better with a decent amount of soft moany falsetto.

To be honest when the extract was played, we couln't heard very well with all the clapping (and it was not played very loudly). And it was not even teased before. Nagui didn't said "and now we are going to listen to propaganda", so it was very strange and the end of the extract seemed to be an heavy military drum when we listenned it

We knew that it was an extract of propaganda after it was played.

He said it was "a big guitar riff", so maybe the song will take off from the snippet we heard onwards.

EDIT: Wait... Seems there may be guitar doubling that acid synth going on in the chorus. Or am I mistaken?

I've listed to the clip a few more times and I'm loving what I can hear.

That "pseudo-chorus" doesn't convince me, though.
Other than being the title of the song repeated on and on, the way it's rhytmhically processed makes it too similar to Madness. But I can dig the overall sound: the verse strikes me like MK Jam and Monty Jam rolled into one.
