Setlist was great. Tone on the older tunes sounded great guitar and vox, especially on MB's mic for Showbiz era tunes.

Definitely a highlight. I was hoping for The Groove, but aside from that, I thought it was an appropriate setlist. Even if two or three of those get mixed into rotation, I'd be happy.

I agree, last night was amazing! One of the best setlist I have ever seen! Especially that intro Assassin into Deadstar into Muscle Museum

I always wonder how they get these... Record the unencrypted (?) wireless signal maybe ?

They're definitely unencrypted. The only one I know of that uses encryption is a Mipro system. I believe Muse uses Sennheiser. Most of them do have some kind of companding in the RF signal that means you can't just pick it up with any old radio tuned to the same frequency.

A way I know it could be done, but would be logistically ridiculous is to take the same model receiver with you, search the channels until you find one of the iem signals and then record the output onto something. Now, how you get that in there, and then power it (battery? wall outlet?) is beyond me.

Thanks for the nice explanation!
I agree it remains a mystery to me, unless someone from the staff recorded it...

or something like that. They're not encrypted. Although I'd imagine a band like Muse would probably be using digital by now so just pricey enit

Mike is so nice, going back and forth to grab his basses.

Peddles @ 6:06. What's the white one far away?

QOTSA Thread

Thoughts on the new QOTSA album? Liking what I'm hearing so far, but I'm only a few tracks in.

I really like it. Only listened to it once, but think the evil has landed is my favourite song on it. That riff

looked like MB was using this as SBE, but I could be wrong: https://www.instagram.com/p/BYLSWpTg...arshallamps_uk

Also, new QOTSA seems good. About half way thru so far. Feet Don't Fail Me is a groovy masterpiece.

Yeah, that's the one. Seems he's already pulled all the important bits out like he did with the one on the last tour.

Marshall is having none of their nonsense. Never tried one of the jubilees. Anyone played one?
