I'd actually be cool with Starchild orbs if that's what they were referencing.

My cinema screening for Rome was quite well attended, although curiously the one for Frank Turner was busier.

But yeah, the lack of a cinema list is odd.

I'm just against adding visuals to what's supposed to be a live concert release. That's pretty shoddy, if it happens.

I'm even more curious about the "documentary" part of it now, too, because how boring would that be to see in the theater? Do people really want to see Matt explain floating drones as a metaphor for (gasp!) drones! on the big screen?
If it was putting more focus on the Drones Tour visual package that was played on the projector screens, I would be ok with it. I may be right in thinking that the visuals for Dead Inside, Isolated System, Madness, Uprising and The Globalist were loosely connected and tell a sort of narrative. But adding lots of extra special effect visual stuff like the weird embryo drones is odd, and tbh, I can't really work out a connection in one's head for it.

Saw on Facebook that a lot of UK cinemas are already taking bookings through their website.

I was considering heading to Mad Cool for a day trip on Friday 13th, so... presumably there's cinemas in Madrid hosting it?

What do people even do at concert screenings? Do people clap after a song/cheer when one starts and singalong etc, or do you just sit down and watch it like owt else?

I went to 4 so far. Nick Cave and Gilmour - people watched and clapped at the end. RHCP - it was a new album and nobody knew a single song so people just sat until encore with a few hits then awkwardly nodded/danced. Rammstein - big party with costumes and mosthing between rows

There were two people when I saw Rome being rowdy, but everyone else just sat and watched and left at the end. Other than the two that were running up to the front of the screen and screaming (rather cringe) I was likely the youngest person in the theater, as well.

I went to see HAARP in the cinema and I know I was singing along to everything, haha! I'm sure I wasn't the only one though - one of the cinema staff came out before it started and told us all to just enjoy it. There were definitely cheers and applause at the end too.

Bollocks, I'm away the week this is shown. Any rumours of it being released separately?

Ha! As far as I remember the Rammstein movie was the only one I've seen in a theater. It was only playing once in my city, in a smallish independent movie house. Still, my girlfriend and I were the only people there. We had a great time, but a big party with costumes and moshing sounds like so much more fun.

So it's May 3rd... And now? The site hasn't changed... do we really have to search for the cinemas on our own

Edit: just saw when it starts...
