The quieter bit towards the end of the song sounds better to me. The part played on the C string doesn't sound fantastic, and the verse isn't great, but tbh I don't think the verse sounded fantastic with the other version anyway

Finally got around to doing this!

From what I remember of the article where they explained it, this would need to be more complex, a different synthesiser with effects for each octave in the sequence basically. Possible within Ableton (Well any DAW really), but without knowing more about the equipment involved, mostly guesswork at that work.

It really annoys me for some reason when people called stuff 'Drop C' when it isn't.

Especially when drop C is the third best tuning... right after FAGDAD and CABBAGE on a 7 string

From which gig? I'd love to get hold of those. I have some of Chris's are they are pretty interesting to listen to.

Any chance someone has a MIDI file for this that'll work in cubase (sorry for being the 10000000000th person to ask)? I got one from here before but I think that was a whole project or something since my version of cubase was too old to run it

I'm having a go at making one myself but not having much luck so far

Just wondering if this has been mentioned before, for the song big freeze Matt mentions he used a pedal made by Boss that ripped off the sound he invented for Map . I was just wondering what pedal it is and if anyone used it to cover map ?
