How so? It's managaement/the promoters that deal with ticketing/shows. I doubt Muse even have any input - or at least, very little - on how their tours pan out in terms of where they play and when.

Yes because I got what I wanted, but it definitely had many faults, especially the fact that any old person could have created a muse.mu account on the day of the announcement

However it was a very unstressful experience for me, none of the mad rush for tickets at some stupid hour or waiting ages for conformation that I was dreading

I don't think you can blame them of anyone from their crew. They make an effort, which is not easy for a band who are that big. Most bands won't make this effort. There are huge bands with a member presale, but there you have to pay to be a member in the first place. How sad is that?

I got a ticket but I still despire this 'presale experience' it's unfair. I agree with someone's comment yesterday how it should have been for fans who were already signed up before the pre-sale was announced.
I do believe they meant well..

I do agree with that. This should have been for "older" members only. Not for people who became a member just because of this. Maybe they filtered them out? I wouldn't know, but it would have been fair.

Yay you got tickets!

I absolutely agree with this post because I got tickets too and it was also very stress free for me but it did have its downfalls like the one you stated and the emails not all going out at the same time.

Hell nah, lots of tickets popping up on ebay while I didn't get selected.

In 2009 I just bought a ticket during pre-sale without any problems.

So essentially,

"I got tickets. But I understand how some people might have been frustrated. But I got tickets."

or

"I didn't get tickets and this system sucks. Muse sucks. Fuck the police."

Worse pre-sale I've encountered. This lottery did not do anything to cut down on touts getting tickets, it was poorly put together (i.e. not working properly on IE, people being charged twice) and the notification system is a joke.

I would rather have a normal presale where you stress for 30 minutes you get tickets or you don't than a system like this which has been dragging it over a day and has so many people worried and on edge waiting for an email.

Exclamation Ticket presale is a scam. Return me money. Boikot to Muse

This has been a scam! Have withheld from € 364 from my account on 07 June, I did not authorize this purchase.

CANCELED INMEDIATELY THE PAYMENT!!!

Esto es una estafa, te lo cobran por adelantando y dos veces, y no hay manera de contactar por telefono con ellos. Esto es un timo. Que se metan sus entradas por el culo!!

I donīt tickets, i donīt see Muse. CrowdSurge are a scammers!! CrowdSurge Customer Support it sucks.

It is shameful that Muse is managed by companies like this mafia
