Custom partscaster. I'm tempted to get the body redone by Alpher though one day
Nice. Kind of seems like Jack from Marmozets ripped you off a bit with some of his Alphers

Not that one

Yeeeeeah that third one there's definitely some similarities. Came about a couple of months after I was chatting to Alpher about redoing mine as well. But then mines ripping off Bellamy, just a different shape so who am I to talk

You might have to make the nut slot a little bigger for the .060, and possibly tighten the truss rod. Depends on how it reacts though, and where it is now.
Someone at EB posted on reddit that Matt doesn't use the 60 anymore. Just the standard RPS set.

The 6th string still looks pretty massive to me.

True definitely not a 46! Maybe it varies or the EB person was wrong.

I think he maybe has some regular gauge e's on other guitars, those he doesn't use for riffing.

I like the other strings, but the low E doesn't really feel "right" in drop D Maybe I'm just strange. Matt's 6th string does look massive. Where did that line on the wikia page saying that " it is believed that Matt now uses a standard .10-.52 gauge for his EADGBE guitars" come from? There's no source or anything

I can file the nut slot, just don't want to warp the neck.

A fair bit of the gear stuff on musewiki seems to be made up now.

Yeeeeeah, it's all gone a bit nuts

I'm still confused by the whole matt black #34897239847239. Boring Roadie knows.

Is this the best/only pic we have of Matt's Drones rig?

You wont warp the neck by changing gauges like that, but you MIGHT need to adjust some other stuff so the string isn't unbearable. I use light top heavy bot on my 2 steps down guitar, and its still tight as fuck.

I don't want to speculate too much, but it looks like he might be using a kemper.

I have 10's on my E, and that's not really heavy enough for the low strings, there's a bit too much deflection when riffing which makes it harder to KoC. I have heavy bottoms on my dean Chafin, but that's a 24.75" scale, and they're still a little too soft on there, could do with going up another step on the low strings.
