Some friend told me about Knight of Cydonia music video when it came out. He doesn't like rock music at all but saw it somewhere and thought that I would like it and I did

I forgot to say that i already knew Supermassive Blackhole from a FIFA game i had been playing. I thought it was quite weird because it was different from any music i knew but i liked it anyway.
And i think i must have seen the Starlight video on MTV when i was younger.
Yeah I fell in love with Muse when I heard SMBH from FIFA 07 I think it was. That's why no matter what it will always be my favourite song they've done because that's what got me into them. Kind of listened to the likes of Hysteria, TIRO etc. then came Glasto in 2011/2012 and I started to listen to a few more songs like City Of Delusion. Finally I started uni last year, I started playing the entire albums since I had a ton of spare time- only listened to Showbiz for the first time earlier this year. I'm currently going through B sides at the moment.

It was either Muscle Museum on Kerrang or PiB and TiRO on NME TV back when I was in year 9 in High School (must be about 6 years ago now). I remember I really started getting into them just before NSC was released.

My boyfriend sent me BH&R in 2006. Before that, I didn't even know them! Now I'm addicted.

My brother bought Absolution when it first came out in the US in 2004. I distinctly remember listening to Apocalypse Please when we were arriving at the zoo trying to find parking, haha.

I'm super embarrassed to admit I found muse through twilight
It was during the period the first movie was being made, I liked the book at that point (now I believe it's one of the worst books ever written ) I found a website that posted the music that Stephanie meyer listened to while writing twilight. One of the songs was sing for absolution. I really liked the song so I bought absolution and after that I was hooked! SfA is my absolute favorite muse song, but now it's because it's a muse song, and muse is awesome!!

People are way too embarrassed to admit they like/liked Twilight. Who cares what others think about it?
Life's just too damn short to not enjoy yourself.

The Twilight soundtrack was my introduction to music outside of the Top 40 no regrets

Also the deluxe edition of the soundtrack (lol) included a vid of SMBH from HAARP and I was like goddamn that's a production

I was playing a gig one night with my band and "Uprising" began to emit from the juke box as we were packing up our instruments. I really liked it and asked our keyboard player who it was. He told me and I struggled to remember the next day but somehow did and stumbled upon a few of their videos. I quickly discovered, Muse is for real! Great songs, great live perfmormance, etc. Once I bought all of their CD's and DVD's, I remember hearing "Cave" years ago but I did not appreciate what they had to offer as much back then. They are now one of my favorite bands along with Rush, The Cure, Pink Floyd, and Hooverphonic.
