The main problem was having Morgan play the bassline on that awful synth But I guess it was a product of Matt needlessly having other people play his parts tbf. I don't think Dom's electric drums helped either.

I can't profess to have liked the TR Tour version, I still found it mostly boring back then, but it was still above that UD, 2013 Blackout and 2013 Guiding Light trio. Those three are in a league of their own in terms of poor Muse live songs imo.

I gotta admit that the Live in Rome recording of GL entertained me with the crowd going "HEY" after every drum series. Sounded so silly.

But GL is honestly one of my least favorite songs from Muse period. I think "Save Me" is the absolute worst. Then "Follow Me." Then "Guiding Light."

Lol. Blackout and exo back to back too. Ouch. Tried to do a setlist without the usual contenders. You can have a setlist packed with good songs, but if the flow is wrong, it will go tits up.

Did I forget to mention? It's an acoustic stadium set.

(And yes I know some of you would love to see it anyway)
Those two especially would be somewhat terrible/impossible on an acoustic, It would be a laugh seeing it attempted though

Unplugged Muse.

Micro Cuts
Assassin
Dark Shines
Time is Running Out
Supermassive Black Hole
Stockholm Syndrome
Supremacy
Apocalypse Please
Dead Star
...and more

In no particular order, just the ones I think would sound the worst unplugged

Speaking of different versions of songs... I've been thinking that a jazzy lounge version of "Psycho" would be hilarious. Like a Scott Bradlee & The Postmodern Jukebox version. Really pour on that thick, cheesy lounge singer voiced. "You are a pussy. I said... show me your war cry."

I'd love to see acoustic piano versions of Assassin and Dark Shines tbh.

I think my idea of a terrible Muse setlist would be Guiding Light and Big Freeze on a continual loop for 4 1/2 days. Maybe in a performance art piece.

I'd love to see them try that acoustically yes.

Maybe a suggestion for Richard Cheese's next album.

A piano version of Dark Shines would potentially sound amazing
