UGH

Same here... hung or got server errors and now getting errors saying INVALID CODE.

REALLY blows. Didn't have high hopes, but really expect better. This is just pathetic from Ticketweb... and our favorite band, by proxy...

Selling out is one thing...codes not working is another...if I miss out getting a fair chance I can deal with it but not having the proper tools in place to assist me to try isn't acceptable..they need to answer us on this topic

I was on the site at exactly 9am and keep getting invalid code. Muse is the only band that I've ever dealt with that have horrible pre sales. Why give everyone a unique code if most of them aren't working?

This would have been a nice birthday present to myself, but the code was invalid I wonder if the Muse people or Ticketweb people will find a way to fix this. It sounds like nobody has gotten tickets yet. Do you think they even know about the invalid code?

I've gotten tickets to see The Killers before by just trying over and over and eventually it worked, after a few hours. People's credit cards get rejected, etc. and there are new opportunities. Just hopin'.

Just in case anyone from the agency is reading, I understand bullshit happens when doing tickets to pretty much every show but not on this level. This is a massive fuck up. Getting Glasto tickets blindfolded with the captcha is easier than this.

I can't second this enough. There isn't any excuse for this from any ticket broker, especially for a pre-sale. It's not like this traffic/etc was a surprise! They know how many codes there are and exactly when the demand would be.
