Oop, sorry, missed that part. Still hyped though. Oh, and KoC is awesome so even if this isn't really an equivalent to CE, it's still gonna be awesome!

Wasn't the first description of Knights of Cydonia as a 15 minute prog rock track? By that logic the globalist will be about 4 and a half minutes.

I don't know why matt shared that info. People will be inevitably dissapointed, even if the song is great

If people get disappointed because they took Matt's word on something, it's their own fault.

No matter what I'm gonna live up the hype of CE II. It doesnt matter if its 10 min prog nightmare or not, if its gonna have an alias CE II, its going to be good.

I think you've still gotta realise it'll sound like 'new' Muse. It won't sound like it came straight off OoS. I think that's where some people will get let down.

I met Dom earlier and asked what his favourite track is and he said this one so I asked a few more questions about it.
In summary when I asked if its the citizen sequel he seemed verrrry reluctant to say yeah and answered with a "ermmmm yeaaaah kinda"

Exogensis lived up to every bit of its hype for most people. Only hipsters look back in hindsight and call it shit. Exogenesis is great.

I remember hearing about a 15 minute guitar solo or something. I'm so much happier with what we actually got.

I'll be happy if this one has the pacing that Citizen Erased had. My favorite part of that song is the frenetic intro, and then the mellow clean interlude part. Not huge on the lyrics, so as long as the music is comparable, I'll be happy.
