Manson CAD project

Hi guys,

Just thought I would ask if anyone has a CAD Manson project before I start work on one?

I've seen posts where people have mentioned having them but have a hit a dead end in finding if a file exists.

Thanks

I assume you mean a guitar cad project?
If so, you've come to the wrong place. You don't get help here my son.

I do mean that and how am I in the wrong place? The people on this forum have been more than helpful with loads of things in the past

What are you looking to accomplish? Are you just trying to draw one on CAD or are you actually trying to get this machined somewhere?

Interesting. If you have access to a machine shop so you can run some test pieces off, you're best off just drawing it up yourself. If you could find someone that was willing to share their Mattocaster plans (Hhahahahah, yeah, I know...), there's no guarantee that they're accurate. I've never seen anything that I would want to build posted online anyway. Just put the time in.

Your best bet would be finding some good quality pictures from front angle and trying to recreate that in autocad yourself. Also, I'm not familiar with anyone actually using a program like that to cut out their body.

You could use the front view shot from the manson website, scale it to life size via the pick-ups and start from there.
