Real nice job especially for a first time!

Looking forward to the finished pics.

Thanks My MB-1 will be modified from the original wiring slightly, Instead of having a tone knob and master volume knob, I will instead be having one knob as the master volume and the other will be the rotary controller for the screen.

Can anyone confirm to me whether this modified wiring diagram below is correct?

Thanks!

The time for cutting aluminium is finally here off to B&Q now to get some tools, I'm planning to use a metal cutting jigsaw blade, would this do the job properly? Or should I use a pair of tin snips? Cheers again

Depends how long you want it to take. Me, I'd go for the jigsaw, well a bandsaw if possible. If you're jigsawing it, make sure it's securely clamped before you start.

Project is now on a tiiiiny standstill until Phill returns to Earth and can sell me the neck, and then until maybe I get the pickguard made by a certain skilled someone on here

I do still need to buy tuners though I guess. If I could find a cheap set of Gotoh 6 in line 510 Delta Chrome tuners...that'd be lovely
