Well it's the same on all guitars, route out a cavity in the back and drill through to the front for the pots.

NOTE: I'm not sure if this should've been in this thread or the FF thread, sorry!
Firstly, a Zoom Ultra Fuzz is not exactly the same as a FF. People on these boards will probably abuse you for making such a crazy statement like that! lol!
Secondly. Good luck with your pots. If you did some research / planning before wasting money, you may have found you might not need them. Maybe...
Thirdly, yes. it probably should have gone in the FF thread.

You see at the top of a page in a topic where it has the page numbers? see just below it where it says Search This Thread?

Anyway, it really wont matter at all what kind of guitar it is. If it's a tele with a scratch plate, you might be able to enlarge the cavity UNDERNEATH the scratchplate and fit it in there. If you do this, you'll only have to drill the scratchplate. Alternatively, yes, you will have to cut out/route a whole new cavity, probably from the back, and then drill holes for wiring/pots. I do not provide cad drawings of this. If this is your first time doing that, unless you dont mind if the guitar gets wrecked, or are particularly good with woodworking, it will be VERY difficult. mansons will do it, but it's often prohibitively expensive. And they may not fit your Zoom thing.

That's up to you. I gave 2 suggestions from an architectural point of view.

Teles with tremolos have cavities on the back, as does the one i'm currently building.

I'm not flaming here, just trying to help. I'd suggest SEARCHING THROUGH THE FF THREAD. There really is a lot of info there about how to do this.

wasn't sure where to post this, but it's more likely to get answered in here...

since my LP had its neck replaced a few months ago, i've had to adjust the neck a few times...i marked the truss rod nut (to make sure i can go back to wherever if i screw something up)...and i can see it's been turned about 1/2 a turn so far (the neck is basically straight now)...

last time i turned it, it was starting to tighten up very slightly. (there's still probably another full turn worth of adjustment left before it gets to the point where i'd stop)

should i be worried?

maybe they just didn't adjust it properly from the factory anyway.

also, anyone setup a tune o matic bridge before? i buggered the height of mine, and it's causing fret buzz now.

Thanks, I don't really care if I wreck the tele, it's in poor shape as it is. And i'll probably make a cavity in the back (My tele doesn't have a trem).
