I guess I actually like most of it, it's just the layout of the main page that really hurts my eyes. I would give you an example of a better band wiki but Muse are the only band I know of that actually have a wiki.

The only thing I have a problem with Musewiki is when you removed the News section a 'lil while back, since Musewiki was my main source for info at that point of time (I became a fan in late 2008).

But it's not a matter anymore since I've joined the forums.

The news bit was just an RSS feed from here though...that's what you meant right? I think news on the wiki was a bit superfluous, the official site and muselive have it covered.

Really like the improved wiki integration with the new site! It no longer pulls up all the refs and everything too!

The Hispanaphones seem a little annoyed...

Yeah, that was what I was referring to.

I really like exploring the wiki, the Influences/Influenced list compiled introduced me to some great artists.

I wonder what they have in store for the Map section. I still remember the green stickers found around Europe I think.

New website design is quite cool, glad they didn't completely overhaul it and come up with something that could've been a lot worse. Instead it just seems like a fresh take on TR style one. Loaded quickly for me as well

Oh and Niall, the new background on musewiki looks ace! But the main white-ish part of the window really sticks out now, could change to a darker colour?

Thanks I actually made that picture myself from a real brain, some colours I found and about 6oz. science.

I would be hesitant to mess about with the css as Matt spent a long time fiddling with it himself and he's more adept than me, but I might have a play around in the early hours and see.

yes the white is a striking contrast.. maybe making it slightly opaque might be nice..

from a casual glance on .mu and musewiki sites they look as though they've been graffitied with spray silly string!

I like the new .mu.

I would like it if we still had the member profiles where you could have stuff like the gigs you attended and favorite gig and favorite album and all that jazz, but it's not really important in the grand scheme.

Do you manage to login on muse.mu ? I can't do it, it always says to try again.. And if I try to login on the map page, it says "Page not found" :-/ Help ! lol

I had the same problem all morning, had to do a password reset and I assume it was because my old password was shorter than the current required length. Took a few goes at sending the reset email too for it to take me to the right page for the reset. Just in case that happens to you too, so just keep at it til it works.
