Ticket Application Errors

Keep getting two messages showing up on my applications, and neither of my cards is being accepted. Do I need to change a firewall setting?

Using IE 9.00.8112

1st Message in Red at top of app with date and no of tickets is in red & says Notice: Undefined variable: cursym
2nd massage at botton is submit button & says Notice: undefined variable: cursym in /data/www/dev.certechhq.com/public html/module/datacapture/muse/en/submit.php on line 742

HELP!

Hi, I was having exactly the same issue!

I called my bank thinking it was my card, and apparently the authorisation had gone through four times! After having a small heart attack, the bank said they were able to cancel the payments but I should contact the company involved... unfortunately I can't find any support regarding this on the site; any ideas anyone?

I have a slight problem with the application process too. There's no Irish gigs to select? I checked the radiohead site too, and there's no sign of them there either.

Also, Internet Explorer is a pile of shit. Go get firefox or chrome and join the future. I bet your problem lies there.

Hi there! I've applied for the gig in Spain but I haven't received any confimation mail, though the application was done sucessfully. Is it usual or sth?

I can't even get the form to load up properly and it keeps saying different error messages. only want 2 standing tickets for Manchester cause it'll be awesome !

Hi! I have the same credit card problem :/ I've already contacted help@muse.mu but no answer yet, I guess they're trying to fix it.

I was having the same problem using my PC. Then I remembered the Muse app and have successfully used my iPhone to purchase tickets. I don't know if you have another method of ordering, but that might be worth trying if you can.

I'm also getting the same error message. Problem seems to be that the total value for the number of tickets selected is missing therefore unable to complete the transaction. I was applying for O2 gig but tried other venues and same error message everytime. Any suggestion who to contact please? Thanks.

Anyone know what is going on with the application form, Ive got the same problem it wont accept any card an keeps telling me there is a card error try another , god I hope they all havn't gone thru, any solutions anyone please !!!!

just took someones advise and changed browser to google chrome and got straight thru the page loaded properly and no infuriating card error messages and confirmation of application all done
