I always thought it was cause of UHT milk? I only have a drop of milk in my tea that I make extra strong, with no sugar. I work(well finished on wednesday so guess it's worked) in a teashop and someone ordered green tea with milk the other week. I think my face had a look of disgust

Oooh, I used to drink it all the time.
It's not actually tea (Camellia sinensis) though.

Actually, you don't. When I make you a cuppa, I whip the teabag out quick. When you make me a cuppa, you leave the teabag in for ages longer than you leave in yours and pummel the hell out of it.

Yep. I call it tar-tea - thick enough to chew. That is how my cuppas will always be. Willicky tea need not apply.

Kopi Luwak.
That's made by the Palm Toddy cat not monkeys, they're used because their diet is almost exclusively alcohol based so they digest the beans better. Also racehorse semen is the most expensive kind.

I like my tea like I like my men.

What?
I think better digestion is sort of counter-productive, no?

What? Green and bland?

It's true, got it in a book called 'The Scatalogical Rites of All Nations'.

'It does not come out of either a monkey or India, it comes from the Palm Toddy cat, a noctural tree lover that lives on the alcoholic tree sap used to make toddy (wine) and fresh coffee berries.

Whether it's because the animals intestinal juices impart some special flavour because of it's alcoholic diet, or merely because it eats only perfect berries; the Toddy Cat's droppings, when cleaned, produce what many claim id the finest coffee in the world.'

No tall, dark, and stong enough to leave my colon juddering.
