Yeah it really was! Even the presale was a shambles. The tickets should have been named really. None of my friends managed to secure tickets, but we were all trying for the Saturday O2 and NEC. I successfully got one standing ticket for the Friday O2 in the first presale (I sort of randomly went for that) but I will probably end up selling in on here if I can't find a second ticket for my friend, or we can't find a pair of standing tickets for a UK venue.
