Get a book of the complete series! It's such an incredible book, at first it's quite slow, but once you get past A Study in Scarlet, and The Sign of Four, your world changes! I'm already seeing the TV show as not as good as it could be...

Ha! I did that a year ago! Perfect figure, my dream body, so much exercise, flexibility, good skin. BOOM! I guess, to keep it up, you really do just have to have a steady, healthy diet and exercise! No cheats to get thin!
