can't really see the Jeff Buckley comparison i'm afraid, but he is really great.
his new album is pretty good too. i don't have Bushfire Fairytales, but i'm told it's the best. i need to get it i think.

yeh but they are small venues and there are two shows rembember, i doubt muse would have manages two earls nights if they were tourng and going to other places in the uk

Dont see much of a resemblence with J.B myself...not much of a fan of him, tried his "grace" album, other than Hallejuiah it didnt impress me..altough I can see why he was so big, even if Grace is one of the worst songs I ever heard.

I saw Jack Johnson when he supported Ben Harper - what an amazing concert!
love his first two albums but have gone off him a bit now that his stuff is being overplayed on the radio

I love 'Sitting, Waiting, Wishing' - heard it a few months ago on some foreign music channel lol and the vid looks cool too.
I like 'Good People' too that was the first song off the new album right? I dunno, just guessing.
oh and from the album I like 'Never Know', 'Belle', 'No Other Way' and 'Staple It Together' (this track kinda reminds me of RHCP lol).
Haven't heard his older albums - will check them out sometime.

JJ is pretty good for chilling out to, I love Good People and Breakdown. He's getting quite a bit of airplay on Virgin Radio, so he must be doing ok!

His music is sentimental boring average slop to me. *hides*
Not my cup of tea, but he's better than James Blunt and most of the others in that little male-singing-group (except crosses by jose gonzalez which i, even though i hate him, quite like).
Also, he just doesn't compare to buckley in my opinion. The only similarity they have is they are/were young male singers.

Yes, I agree. Jack Johnson is an indubitably great artist. His songs are very relaxing and very pleasing to the ears.
