Danse Macabre - the remixes - is the best CD they have.
I've been a fan of theirs for quite some time and was pissing in my pants to hear the "new cd" which is Wet From Birth but after giving it a good listen it fell flat. I think Danse Macabre is a MASTERPIECE and unfortunately for me the next attempt didn't live up to my expectations.
Nor did their live show which I saw last fall.

My favorite song is "Let the Poison Spill" remixed my Tommie Sunshine who rocks the remixes in general.

That is a great CD. Unfortunately, my darling sister thought so too & gave it to a friend to listen to. I am still waiting for it to return, eight months later.

Everyone who hasn't, get on it. If you like The Killers, then listen to this band as they know how to fucking use a synth & make decent songs at the same time. Words cannot convey how much I love them & I do generally mark my trust of people's opinions on this band.

It took a few listens, but the new album is definitely growing on me.

I FINALLY saw them live Wednesday night, and it was ridiculous. The crowd was crazy- had to make sure my foot wasn't broken afterwards. But obviously it was worth it.

I've had to miss seeing The Faint not one, not two, but THREE times in the past year. I keep telling myself "I'll see them on the next tour" but then the next tour comes up, and the closest date is on a day when I can't go. :(

It must be soooo fun to see them live...

That sucks! They're playing Denver in May...I hope you can make it!

I wish they'd do one more pass of the country before going back to the studio...but come August, Fasciination will have been out a year, so I don't know if that's too much to hope for.
