If I was going to be in NOLA on Thursday I wouldn't even be worrying, but I'm going to be staying at my grandma's in Mississippi (it's only an hour and a half drive). That's why I'm worried about commandeering a car. We'll see though. This is so exciting I can't miss it.

Yeah. Stupid Voodoo & Marriott New Orleans were supposed to sell shuttle passes to/from the hotel by now. I'm still waiting like a sucker! :mad:

Depending on how the trolley situation goes on Thurs, I'll probably use that for the other days. If it really sucks, I'll take a taxi on Friday and use the trolley on sat/sun.

I just read the Twitter thread Chris had after the show last night:eek: I am driving from Tennessee and only have a room for Friday and Saturday nights. I can't believe Chris has planned a game at 4:00 on Thursday.:( There is no way I can make it there:( If anyone goes, please post some pics of the match:) I would love to see him play:) He also said he was flying home on Sunday for the baby delivery. I went to Voodoo Festival two years ago and it was awesome. REM was def the highlight for me. Not doing much for tomorrow as the pre shows this year isn't so great. Just came back from seeing Jonsi in Houston. HOLY CRAP YOU ALL BETTER GO SEE HIM FRIDAY!!!!! In my opinion it was the best show I've ever been to....better than Muse (yes better than Muse). For me personally, more than worth the trek, even if they pulled out the worst setlist of the tour. They are fun live no matter the setlist, and NOLA ive found already is a fun city, and theres plenty of great bands here, more than just Muse. I'm just as excited to see Jonsi as I am Muse.
