The Shadows were one of those bands that you couldn't not love, like Status Quo but not like Status Quo, hard to explain. I wanted to put a new year message on Matt's myspace but you can only go on it if you have his email. So is it an official myspace or not?

It has 14,000 odd "friends" on it and the messages appear to be from fans.

I hope he hasn't had aggro on there :(, or maybe he's just getting too many "friend" requests or maybe all the people on there are his personal friends but there does seem rather a lot for that!

But I'm confused by it and wondered if anyone had any knowledge or thoughts.
