Singer has a quirky voice (the female one anyway..bjorkish mixed with mew? I cant say..) and the music is interesting, new album is quite cool, lots of nice layered music and instruments.. i'd say more but I haven't heard a great deal and don't want to get too big for my shoes :D

Why, i have the album in fact. Tis quite interesting music i must agree, i had the first track stuck in my head for an undeterminable amount of time. I think for that type of album as well, you really should buy it or *ahem* burn it, to get the complete effect.

Yeah! I bought the album in june and it's great. The guy at the record store said that the 2 records that came before the latest are really good too. But that their very first isn't so hot. So I guess I have more shopping to do. :D

When I heard "equus" on the radio, I mistook it for the yeah yeah yeahs. I like the rest of the album, lovingly sad but infectious. Has anyone seen them live? All of the shows with interpol are selling out....rats!

Thought they were a bit crappy supporting Interpol until Sam and Paul came jammed with them then it got good. Plus the singer looked like she belonged in a Hentai film

Listen to Misery Is A Butterfly. That album made me fall in love with this band, in particular Messenger, Misery Is A Butterfly and Elephant Woman.

Yesterday discovered this band, they're amazing. 23 is very good album, my fave song at the moment is The Dress.
