The NME awards (both nominees and winners) are decided by the readers and are voted for online...Muse won because they have a massive fanbase (that and the a lot of PMT have web-browsers that refresh every few seconds, so they each vote about 600 times :LOL:)

There's a couple of videos on the NME website, and the awards are going to be shown on channel 4 on Friday at about half 11, I think.
They also got best album art for HAARP, and Matt won sexiest male :LOL:

I think most of the crowd and a few celebs would agree with you there..I was there last night, and when Oasis won best british band, you should have heard the crowd reaction....boos all the way!! It was actualy really funny, and Im going to watch it on tv to see if they tone it down or edited it, because that reaction was extreme!
