Hi, i though there could be a thread for the questions people are wondering about the official store of muse.mu [[HERE (http://muse.trinitystreetdirect.com/)].

I personally got a question, i saw somebody with that belt :

He told me that he bought it some times ago on the store.
But i couldn't find that belt when i checked
That's why i sent a message to the customer service, asking them if they could tell me more about a "belt with the muse logo" i saw.
They told me that it was probably a US item that we couldn't get in Europe, they also told me that if they could get some they would keep them for us "World exculding America".

But some minutes later, i found the picture of the belt (see some lines before) and also found the old link of the item page on the "World exculding America" shop. The page is HERE (http://muse.trinitystreetdirect.com/store/page4.asp?suptype=&t=1&sub_type=3&prod_id=90&col=30)

I sent them that link and asked if they would put some more then one fine day for us "pooor fans".
But i didn't get any answer =(

So my question, is there a way for us to "beg them to add more cute belts"
Or is there another shop (unofficial) that anyone could link to me and in which i could get that belt.

Or i got also that last solution : killing that guy with the belt and picking it :p (ohh nooooo...)

I got one of those belts, i love it!!
It actually appeared on the store page whilst I was browsing the store. I ordered 3 in total for me and some friends. I had a feeling they wouldn't be on for long.
About 2 weeks later, it was back to the horse-belt.

A while back I was browsing the store and there were a lot more TShirts then there are now.

Any chance of them coming back?

Some examples were I think the 2 faces one(which was awesome) and some tour shirts(I'm not really sure I just remember there were some shirts I wanted).

So I noticed there are quite a few questions about merch on this thread since my last post so I'll try to answer all of them here:

Adri: Sorry it has taken so long for these belts to come back into the store. They are coming! We're hoping to have them on the store by the middle of August and if we can, we'll bring some to Marlay Park too.

punkrockerjazzie: Sorry, the Knights horse belt has been discontinued.

Sair: This one has sold out, but we're working on a new design so please bear with us and we'll get a new one out later this year (I'm a 'she' by the way). ;)

OoS: Sorry, you're going to need to ask the US store about this one. They have a customer services email address which is the following: customerservice@bravadousa.com. There will be new designs available at V and Marlay Park and we'll get some of these up on the UK store after the shows so perhaps you'll like one of them!

Icekonl: I think the t-shirts you're referring to are the Nebula Faces tour t-shirts from last summer and autumn. If they are, you're in luck as we've just put them in the sale section of the shop.

Sam...can you help me?

I bought a TCT t-shirt before the Albert Hall gig and somehow managed to lose it during the night. I know there were t-shirts left on the merch stands at the end of the night, so is there any way I can get hold of another one? I was so disappointed when I found mine had gone, as that was such a special night for me.:( I know it was a while ago now, but if there's a chance the t-shirts are still laying around somewhere....:)




Also looking forward to seeing the new merch.:D

Forwen: I'm sorry, we gave almost all of the left over t-shirts to the kids from the Teenage Cancer Trust charity. We have a couple tucked away in our office for a rainy day so keep you eyes peeled for a competition in the future!

The current is great, wear mine nearly all the time! :LOL:

The BHaR tour belt was black with 'Black Holes and Revelations' printed in red, repeating all the way round. (same sort of thing as the current one)

I want one now!!!!!:LOL:

Just didn't see it at the MEN when i was looking at t-shirts, damn. Where the hell were my belt-spotting skills that night :(

I've sent them three emails (first one pleasant, second one polite, third one grumpy) with no reply, tried to phone both their numbers today and both are unavailable. Help! This has been going on since before Christmas and I have a horrible feeling that by the time I do (if ever) get hold of them they'll say "sorry, 28 days is up" and I. Will. Explode.

Hi! Well, I sent the first one on Christmas Eve, the day after the order came, then waited till well after New Year, in case they'd had a block of time when the office was closed, and did them on 6th and 12th January.

It's a shame, the other t-shirt that came is completely perfect but this is making me not want to order anything from them again :stunned:

I've had the same problem. I ordered the mug set and a bag on the 10th December, I received the mugs the next day (which I was well impressed with), but I'm still waiting for my bag. I e-mailed Trinity 3 times and had no reply, and also no joy when phoning. I eventually managed to get through to some fella on the phone Wednesday last week, who didn't really seem to know what to do. He said he would send me another bag out and I should get it this week. Thursday last week I received an e-mail from one of the girls saying sorry for the delay in replying to me and asked if it was all sorted. I did ask Sam for help on this, so maybe that's what did it. I don't know. Anyway, I've e-mailed Trinity again today to tell them that I still haven't received it and asked them to confirm that a bag was despatched to me as promised. I really want it for Saturday.:(

i don't care if i don't have the money i HAVE to get a muse bag

well, i mean, i've wanted one for AGES

Sorry to sound like a moany cow but I'm still having trouble. They finally emailed me and suggested I send the offending t-shirt back by Freepost for an exchange (good, I was impressed) which I did and got proof of posting (they said they couldn't be responsible if it was lost). A couple of weeks and two more emails from me and just nothing again. I can safely say I'll not be ordering anything else from there ever.

Got an email from them yesterday saying something was on its way (at bloody last I thought, the exchange t-shirt finally coming, just as I'd explained in the letter I sent them).
Opened the packet - THE SAME FUCKING T-SHIRT!!!! STILL TOO SMALL!!!! AND ABSOLUTELY NOTHING ELSE TO EXPLAIN WHY!!!!!!!

Surely, SURELY they don't do business like this all the time? :eek:

Yes it certainly looks like they do. My bag carry on still isn't sorted out. Sam said she sent them a message over 2 weeks ago and was waiting on a reply; I messaged her last week to find out what was happening, but she hasn't replied yet. I e-mailed Trinity again the day before yesterday, but surprise surprise - they haven't replied.
Trinity need to have a serious restructure and get rid of all their incompetent staff. This is just pure ignorance.:mad:

I actually had an email from them today, not replying to my shouty recent message but to one of my polite "hello, anything happening?" ones from about two weeks ago. They were very sorry about the delay and hoped my outstanding items had arrived.

I was actually quite pleased with my restrained reply, however it's Friday night and I'm allowing myself back on the red wine for the weekend....if this whole thing occurs to me later I am extremely likely to grab the laptop and let rip again.......:rolleyes:

Keep updating about your bag though. Do you think it's just us getting this treatment?

It does seem like it is just us at the moment; and it is putting me off ordering anything else from them in the future. I've not had any problems before with Trinity, even when I had to return a t-shirt because it was too small, but we now know if there is a problem it's almost impossible to get anything done about it.:indiff:

Helen - yup, looks like we were lucky enough to get the same exciting and meaningless email. I suppose their phone numbers are both still unavailable too, I've given up trying them grrr :mad:

Sair Bear - I agree with Helen, you could try sending it back but if it's only the zip and you think you can get it sorted I would do that. Otherwise you might end up grumpy and disillusioned like Helen and I........:stunned:

Hi everyone,

It came to our attention late Friday night that Trinity Street, the people that provide the fulfillment for the muse.mu shop, had gone into administration.

We have actually been in the process of working out a new shop and fulfillment partner over the past few months which should come into effect in the summer. In the meantime the shop should be back up and running in about a week and will be operated in this interim period by Sandbag.

For any of you who have outstanding issues with merch you've bought recently, please contact me through the messageboard or email me on help@muse.mu and we will make sure your problems are resolved.

We're sorry that you've not had the best experience with Trinity Street in the last few months and we're totally committed to making the muse shop a much better experience in the future. Please bear with us while we sort out the short term issues, get the temporary shop back online and then deliver you guys a much improved one in the near future!

If you mean the one with the horse on it, I got the same size as I wear in the t-shirts, and it fits just fine. I assume you wouldn't want it baggy? :D

No not too baggy. I got medium in my tops, and I can fit into them anymore :LOL: I blame the tits haha

Help guys and gals!!

I've had my Muse Fatigue Jacket stolen :( my prize possession since the wembley gig so long ago!

The store has them listed but doesnt seem to have any stock..any ideas when you will be getting any in or can anyone point me out to someone who I can ask? I'm a bit helpless on this one...I'm feeling a bit lost.

I ordered a bunch of stuff a week ago, easter monday (Aus) and still haven't got the dispatched email, which obviously means it just hasn't been dispatched-- anyways I don't quite understand why something can take 2-3 weeks to get somewhere an 18 hour plane-flight away and I REALLY WANT MY STUFFZ

I was lucky enough to be able to order posters :happy: which appeared on the site just as I went to finally place my order. so it has it's ups and downs

also from what you guys are saying i'm gettin a bit worried :(

Gonna have to do better than this guys.
I've now got the new t-shirt from the US store. It's pretty cool, but the material is really thin... a bit pissy really. Not good enough. Feels like half the thickness of our beloved Continental brand ones.

Last year when received a Muse mug for Christmas there was a bumper sticker inside it. But I crashed my car a few weeks ago and since I'm getting a new car I wanted to order a new bumper sticker but they don't sell them in the shop at all. So do you guys know where I could order a new sticker or do they come with anything you order from the store? Because I don't mind ordering something if I get a sticker. But if there's another place that sells them I would perfer going there since it takes forever to get anything from the Muse store.

Well, got a few bits delivered from the shop today. Seems it has 'gone foreign'!!
Now comes from Guetersloh, Germany. That'll explain the big rise is postage. Have to think about ordering stuff in the future now we're on big postage-rape! Store, ya may start to lose sales, postage is too expensive.

Seem to have got rid of the free delivery option for larger orders. Have clubbed together with others to save postage.

I woul like to know if someone knows how to solve this. I already tried to contact the shop support but they say that they can't understand in spite of it's written in english...
