Teignmouth Broadmeadow Sports Centre Feb 1994 - their first ever show in a battle of the bands contest.
Leeds Festival 25th August 2002 - I would have loved to see Muse at this show, friends tell me it was amazing, plus the Foo Fighter played after them.
MEN Manchester 29th November 2003 - The MEN is the only place in the North West where Muse come and I'd love to have seen them during the Absolution tour. I think the Absolution Tour had the best set-lists, and this one is no exception.
List of gigs and set lists is available on musewiki.

Teignmouth Battle Of The Bands - 1994 (Obvious reasons)
Bizarre Festival - 2000 (That looks like a crazy gig on Youtube videos. Plus the blue hair and the fact they did Yes Please would help)
Wembley Stadium - 2007 (either gigs) I must be the only one on this forum who didn't go to one of them :$

Wembley Arena 2003- I was supposed to go to this but my mum was being a bit awkward. It was a great setlist too included Showbiz :(
Montreux Jazz Festival- Their best footage/performance I have ever seen, bloody fantastic
Eurokeenes 2000- Just would have been amazing to see them back then. I would have been like 12 mind but still

Yeah, must have been the case. I just wanted to be at the concert Secret Machines did in Sheperd's Bush Empire in 2006 :$
Don't really care about MUSE being there or not. It just would've been nice

If I could go back in time, I'd see:
1 Montreux
2 Le Zenith
3 Earls Court 19th (again, because I only knew a few Muse songs when I went)
And I'd also really like to see:
The Battle of the Bands 1994
Plymouth Hoe 1997 - Spiral Static and debut of Hate This and I'll Love You among others
Brixton Academy - either date 2001
Earls Court 20th - to see Glorious, and the last British performance of Space Dementia
But if I'm actually answering the question of what do I wish I saw, they would have to be gigs after I really got into Muse, which would be:
1 Reading 2006
2 Tokyo International Forum 2007
3 Sydney Entertainment Centre 2007
1. Montreux 2002
2. 17th June @ Wembley 2007 (I'd love to have gone to both)
3. Big Day Out Sydney 2004 (best version of SS)
:yesey:
Pinkpop Festival 2000 (not sure why, just always wished I had)
Mod Club (Toronto) 2004 (before Muse became wider known in NA, they played in this teeny tiny venue)
Wembley Stadium 2007 (not for huge venues, but this looked like fun)
Judderman
03-01-2008, 04:14 PM
when they were playing manchester roadhouse n such venues. and then like on the hullabaloo shows tour would of been good.

Couldn't stick to three gigs:
1. Wembley Stadium 2007 - Its probably one of the most talked about Muse gigs ever and I wasn't there :(
2. Wembley Arena 2006 - Just gotten into Muse to find out my friend was taking a day off college to go to this gig but had no spare tickets...
3. Bournemouth BIC 2003 - They were in my hometown but I wasn't aware of them back then!
4. Le Zenith 2001 - Would rather be in the crowd than watching it on DVD!
5. Bizzare Festival 2000 or Eurockéennes 2000 - Vintage Muse

I wish I'd discovered them earlier. I swear I remember seeing posters up advertising their shows in 1999 when I was following other bands around the country. It might even have been earlier than that.
If I have to pick 3 particular shows, I'd say:
Le Zenith 2001
Glastonbury 2004
Earls Court 2004 (either)
20th got Space Dementia :(
That's why I chose it over the 19th. Always wanted to hear that live.
I understand why people would prefer Dead Star though, but I was lucky enough to see that in Auckland in 2004.

3. Any show from 2001 with Matt and his red hair.
....and the veins of his arms traced with a black marker
those were the kind of gimmicks that made me get a bit off them in that era :$
All that mattered to me was the music.
I must be the only one on here that didn't like his shenanigans back then (jumping on amps, riding on amps, etc.)

Reading 2002/06 (both sounded epic from what I've heard on YT)

I would have loved to be at any of the gigs in the beginning when they were playing small venues, would be so awesome to be close to them, and way easier to meet them and be a groupie... though I would have been very young :S are we talking going back in time here? :L

The grammatical failure of this thread title is just beyond words.
what's even funnier is that people all wish they would have been at Glastonbury 2004 where Pinkpop 2004 was so much cooler :awesome:

Everyone of the Absolution Tour ones as it is my favourite album but to make up for it Butterflies and Hurricanes was absolutely fabulous at Wembley. This is the song I longed to hear live so Muse made my night complete. Hearing Matt playing the piano was without doubt one of the best moments of my life. It was well worth the wait. Can't wait for my next Muse concert hope its not too long

Aside from the glaringly obvious three...
Astoria 2000
Rock AM Ring 2004
BDO 2004
Wouldn't mind Glasto '10 either.

Montreux jazz festival '02
Space Dementia
The Small Print
New Born
Micro Cuts
Dead Star
Citizen Erased
Apoclaypse Please
is the best ever open to a show and it has bliss, pib, hyper music with the SS riff and fury!!!
then Earls Court and Glastonbury 2004

Montreux Jazz Festival 2002
Glastonbury Festival 2004
Earls Court 2004
As the latter two are quite similar setlist-wise, I think I should be allowed a fourth:
Le Zenith, Paris 2001 (Hullabaloo)
I'd potentially kill to have been at any of those (and many others) :p
I just realised ours are the same!
