Yeah! Sabbath rock! Well, they did when Ozzy was there.. I don't care much for their music after he left..
Iron Man rocks, and so does War Pigs. Umm.. and Snowblind :)

War Pigs is weak. sounds so dull compared to Faith No Mores cover, i find.
How come no mention of their mighty self-titled album?
I've been listening to it a lot lately
I love that whole album :)
Any fans ?
Did this socket start the most threads with the smallest number of words?

I prefer Ozzy after he left Sabbath personally, they're still cool though.

i'm a fucking huge fan of sabbath. I own the black box of the first 8 albums with ozzy, plus every single other album except Tyr.
oh, and remember that warm up gig they played to about 800 people in aylesbury in 2005? I was there :P

I absolutely BUM there early three albums, 'Black Sabbath', 'Paranoid' and 'Master Of Reality'.
They're three classic albums and probably three of the most influential albums of all time in regards to the roots of metal.

i don't think there's any doubt that paranoid, master of reality and black sabbath are the 3 most influential metal albums, considering tony iommi practically invented heavy metal.

I love the stuff with Ozzy, but the albums released after he left all sound like Spinal Tap.

Into The Void is orsum!
*Moshes*.
Iommi's guitar sound was so cool, it just radiated bleak and gloom.

sounds like someone who's never actually properly listened to post-ozzy.
heaven and hell is just as good an album as the first 4 with ozzy.
headless cross is excellent, and probably iommi's best album from a soloing standpoint.
born again is very underrated, gillan is excellent.
and mob rules is pretty good as well.

Paranoid is a classic, but prefer Ozzy's solo stuff, some of Randy's solos are just breathtaking.

Black Sabbath: the heaviest band ever :\mm/: I prefer Ozzy, but Dio is a strong singer as well. They're very different so it's hard to compare though.
BTW, I have a ticket to Sonisphere Finland. Heaven & Hell are scheduled to play there  I hope Ronnie beats his cancer as soon as possible so their performance won't be cancelled.
